New Buildings at 846 Pennsylvania
Trettel Design Inc. has closed on its purchase of the the former Standard Oil Bulk Station complex. Erected circa 1917, there remains two original buildings located at 846 Pennsylvania St. One being the primary office/shop structure located on the 9th and Penn. corner, and the other being a secondary storage/distribution building located at the rear, or eastern edge of the property abutting the alley.
Trettel Design Inc. has developed a plan for the rehabilitation of this property, a multi-function addition/connection, various site improvements, and environmental contamination abatement. We are currently seeking approval of the Lawrence Planning Department and Historic Resources Commission to proceed with more advanced and detailed planning that will allow this schematic design to be physically developed.
