With the fifteenth anniversary of our opening approaching, we decided to buy ourselves a gift! Although it might begin to feel more like a curse this winter, Trettel Design will be soon be moving into and starting the rehabilitation of this historic property. Located in lovely ‘downtown’ East Lawrence, this building was originally built around 1917 by the Rockefeller oil empire, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. After a detailed review of our renovation and addition designs for the property, the Historic Resource Commission has granted the green light for work to begin.
